To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, please review our return policy below.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
Due to the nature of our products, all perfumes, fragrance oils, testers, body mists, and other perfumery items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have been shipped or delivered.
This policy exists because:
- Perfumery products are hygiene-sensitive
- We cannot resell opened, tested, or handled items
- Product safety and quality must be maintained
For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any perfumery items unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns for Sunglasses & Jewelry (Within 10 Days)
We are happy to accept returns for sunglasses and jewelry under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 10 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, cleaning cloths, pouches, and protective films must be intact
- The item must not show signs of wear, scratches, or handling
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, broken, missing, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- Photo of the packaging and label
We will be happy to assist with a replacement or an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
